It's All On The Line

Afraid so, folks.  It's all on the line in November.  If either of the Democrat candidates are elected president of the United States, the constitution will be rendered impotent.  There won't be any fanfare in eliminating it, our laws will simply not be obeyed nor enforced.  On the other hand, the election of  either Trump or Cruz (or both as a ticket, as some have suggested), and barring any high-jinks during the convention, a slow but steady return to a constitutional republic form of government is possible.  Not ensured, by any means, but certainly possible. Let me share with you just a few stories that broke just today as evidence of my concerns.

Even though the whole global-warming-climate-change fraud has been exposed as nothing more than a massive international wealth distribution scam, the Kenyan's regime clings bitterly to it.  It's even been debunked by some of its leading scientists, but no matter, truth doesn't fit the totalitarian narrative.  So Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified Wednesday that the Justice Department has “discussed” taking civil legal action against the fossil fuel industry for “denying” the “threat of carbon emissions” when it comes to climate change.  Astounding.  If the Kenyan's corrupt administration can do that, and the courts actually do hear cases which will result in establishing case law, then what's next?  Will you be arrested and incarcerated for, say, being pro-life?  Or perhaps being pro-Christian heterosexual marriage?  This is not a paranoid conspiracy theory anymore, folks.  They're out in the open with their totalitarian Regressivism, so embolden they have become.  If you think, and you think for yourself, you're a threat to the State, and you must be silenced, rebuked and eliminated.

Say what you will about the government's - and private industry's - digital surveillance of everything from your Xbox to your smart phone.  The Regressives feel that if they spy on everyone, they're not discriminating or profiling, so it's all right.  Completely normal.  Spying on US citizens has become the norm but this next story is right out of Stasi East Germany, or Stalin's secret police.  A new FBI initiative, based on Britain’s “anti-terror” mass surveillance program, instructs high schools across America to inform on students who express “anti-government” and “anarchist” political beliefs.  That safe space indoctrination is paying off.  Now immature, indealistic16-year olds can tattle on each other directly to the government for any slight, real or perceived.  And we know that parents' anti-government views trickle down to the kids, so this is a great program to bypass due process, warrants and all that other nonsense embodied in the constitution.  The FBI won't vet Muslims invaders, they won't indict career criminals like HRC, and they assassinate BLM-protesting American ranchers, but they're fine with politicizing our children.

The insidious indoctrination continues anywhere there's a captive audience, like schools or the military.  I kid you not.  In April 2015, soldiers of the 67^th Signal Battalion based in Fort Gordon, Georgia, were forced to attend a “white privilege” briefing, designed to coach them on how they have systemic privilege for being straight, white men.  In the PowerPoint presentation, the troops were instructed that “race privilege gives whites little reason to pay a lot of attention to African Americans,” primarily because of the invisible “powerful forces” that conspire to keep hard working black Americans down and stop them from being valued by the rest of society. According to the presentation, it is in fact white privilege alone that creates a “yawning divide” in income and general prosperity.  A "fact" like climate change, I guess. Soldiers aren't given the option to opt out, or to disagree; there's no free discussion.  Judicial Watch has been on this forced indoctrination of US soldiers for a while, and not long ago, it was learned that the Pentagon defined conservative groups as "hate groups."   The culture of trigger warnings, white privilege, and microagressions that have started online are now accepted as reality and pushed onto our soldiers.  Where will be the hard men trained to do hard things when we need them?  Quivering in a huddle in some "safe space?"  This is not your daddy's army.  Anymore.


"I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."  Remember Voltaire's classic statement?  Have you heard it recently, or have your heard quite the opposite?  As political correctness continues, day by day, to erode our ability to engage in free speech, to exchange ideas and political positions with each other civilly, without being afraid of criminalization or incarceration, we see our liberties disappear one by one before our very eyes.  Who's doing this?  Over the last seven plus years the Kenyan and his obedient Department of Justice has ramped up a war against white Christian America.  So it's all on the line in November.  The choice is stark - and clear.  To save the republic we must end totalitarianism in America  - in any way possible - just as we have done in Germany, Russia, feudal Japan, Kuwait, Iraq and many other places around the world.  We just never dreamed we'd have to end it here in the United States.

Failed, But Not Failure

I keep hearing folks talk about how the Kenyan's foreign policy in the Middle East has failed. But that is a subjective statement, and it's based on a preconceived idea of what "success" and "failure" mean.  If you mean failure from the standpoint of democracy, freedom and American ideals, then it is.  If you mean failure from the standpoint of furthering unrest, expansion of a radicalized cult and the destruction of Israel, then it isn't.  So to most freedom-loving people of non-Muslim persuasion, it's a total charlie-foxtrot, FUBAR'ed unmitigated failure.  Think of the Iran deal, for instance. The liberation of Iraq and its return to a democratic government earlier this century was undone by the feckless Kenyan in a so called effort to "bring our troops home."  Without a force on the ground, the tribal tide came back in to Iraq and then Syria and the cultists once again took over; blood and death followed.  To the cultists, this foreign policy was a success in that it created fertile ground to recruit and conduct their blood lust campaign to bring about the final apoplectic clash between Islam and everyone else.  The Kenyan himself, I'm sure, falls into the latter category.

There' IS NO Comparison

In America, as in Germany, UK, France, Sweden, Greece, Hungary and countries all over Europe, there is no dispute that that influx of Muslim invaders - whether sanctioned by government's policy, or present illegally -  creates serious burdens on Westerners.  For Americans especially, the lawlessness of this invasion is primary.  But once here, Muslims cause the rise in crime and disease, the impact on local school curricula, the welfare burden, and the inherent incompatibility of sharia law with our constitutional liberty.  Consider this statement from former Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson back in 1955:

Antithesis. Contrary to.  Dramatic contrast.  In short, sharia law is not harmonious to Western concepts of individual liberty.  To Americans, importing any Muslim into the United States is an affront to the American way of life and constitutional law.  But the Kenyan and the GOP-DEM-MEDIA oligarchy does it anyway.  To them, this anti-American policy is a success.  To Americans, it is an abject failure of American policy.

And they wonder why Donald Trump is soaring in the primaries. 

The Revolution Has Come

There's an interesting phenomenon - hell, a revolution - in American politics, as we have all seen, ad nauseum, for the past year or so.  But the ruling class simply cannot - or will not - acknowledge the cause of this schism.  And it's easy to see why they're in denial.  They can't imagine not being in total manipulative control of the political process.  And it's all the fault of a couple of men who are running for office of the presidency.  I'm speaking of the insider elites and donor class - along with their compliant lap dogs in the establishment media - of the two political parties, each of whom face existential threats, or at the very least a revamping of their traditional party platforms as political outsiders take over the debate. 

Bernie Sanders is a self avowed socialist, and the very fact that that moniker doesn't scream "communist" anymore is evidence of the Democrat party's long slide into pure Marxism. Still high from the seven years of damage done to the constitution by the Kenyan, and abandoning all pretense of what was once a democratic American political party, the Dems are now all out statist in their bigger government, more taxation, nanny state totalitarianism.  Hillary Clinton, never one to be confused with the political right, has, in this campaign, even tried to out-Bern Bernie Sanders' everything-will-be-free-with-me message.  Make no mistake:  both of these aging hippies are big government totalitarians, and the United States Constitution is viewed by both of them as something to be overcome, if not completely abandoned.  These are the candidates that the Democrat Party is putting forth for president, and that in itself is testament to the party's full-on transition way, way, way left.

It gets better on the Republican side.  What the political Illuminati in either party or the MSM can't grasp is that Donald Trump is merely an idea.  They continue to attack, degrade, smear and marginalize the man.  And a vast number of American voters - Trumpinistas, if you will - embrace the idea that Trump is espousing.  And what idea might that be, you ask?  Simple: "We're mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore!" The idea that we can once again be a self governing nation, free of an over bearing, over reaching government interfering in our lives, is desirable, attainable and in keeping with the concepts of a free people.  That scares the elites.  And it should.  The strongest man is the one who stands alone.

So the revolution has finally come.  We can see it manifest itself in both Democrat and Republican parties.  For most of the last five decades the American voter has been ignored, demeaned, castigated, and more importantly ignored.  The Democrats, Republicans and the so called watch-dog press have become a single, self serving oligarchy.  Us versus them.  Considered by the establishment as  "flyover country," Middle America and the rubes who inhabit it can't be trusted with self governance.  But then along comes Trump, and even to an extent Sanders, espousing angry solutions to issues that are burrs under the blanket for most Americans. Especially issues that have been perpetrated by the very elites who ignore the voters and impose this nonsense.  These issues are many: unprecedented, unchecked illegal immigration; cost of the rise in crime and disease from illegals; expanse of the social welfare state at the expense of the tax paying citizen; loss of jobs to illegals; erosion of person liberty: weaponization of federal agencies like IRS and EPA; in-your-face destruction of established Christian cultural mores in favor of such abominations as transsexualism and homosexualism; the Islamic propaganda spewed by Common Core; the unending stoking of adversarial race relations by the Kenyan's race pimps; the demise of civility in real life and on social media; the end of free speech; and the pussyfication of college students with the oh-so-intolerant "micro-aggression safe space."  And there are many more.

So Trump isn't a conservative.  So what.  So Cruz is supposedly hated.  So what.  There would be complaints and gripes about policy if Jesus Christ, the Lord Buddha or Mahatma Gandhi themselves came back to run for president. The crucial first step in November is for voters  to restore political power to the electorate.  To get government smaller, more accountable and off our backs.   This election is about the people versus big government, and the only opposing force against ever bigger government is whomever the Republicans nominate. There are only maybe two candidates who say they'll do just that if elected. If, of course, the GOP gets its act together and doesn't try to pull a brokered convention by nominating Mittens Romney or some other Northeastern Yankee liberal RINO.  If they do that, then this little ol' revolution will be of quite another kind.  Again.  Remember the last time the federal government got uppity and dictatorial?  Six hundred thousand Americans died.  And most of those were on the federal government's side.

Ain't it funny?  Well, not so much funny as aggravating, enraging and annoying.  I'm talking about how speakers of truth seem to always have some higher authority bring the whip down on them. For speaking truth. Damn, son!  We can't have that!  That higher authority always is cloaked in moral and righteous indignation. That's what they call it.  But it's just censorship cloaked in insidious political correctness.  The most recent example of this is the forced resignation of Captain Clay Higgins of the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana.  

An Army veteran and hardened street cop who rarely cracks a smile, Higgins is the star of weekly Crime Stoppers segments that garnered a cult following and are quickly becoming viral thanks to his back-country Cajun drawl, hard one-liners and brutal honesty.  His videos have been, shall we say, without concern for the delicate sensitivities of the perpetual criminals there.  So gung ho against crime and dumb criminals was he that he's been referred to as the "Cajun John Wayne."  Admiringly so.  Like Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Cap'n Clay is loved by all but the limp-wristed, pearl-clutching cupcakes on the left.  But after making headlines - and inroads to serious crime reduction - with his tough talking over-the-top Crime Stoppers videos, Sheriff Bobby Guidroz ordered him to tone it down.  We can't demean or offend low life, vicious animals like the Gremlin Gang.  The ACLU may come in and complain.  And the ACLU, along with some other "community advocates" did just that.  So instead of standing up for the law abiding citizens of St. Landry Parrish, and supporting the obvious truths spoken by Captain Clay Higgins, Sheriff Guidroz caved, and came down on the side of political correctness, bully appeasement and cowardice.  

In his resignation news conference, Higgins said, “I would die rather than sacrifice my principles.  I would give my life. I’d leave my wife without a husband, my children without a daddy rather than kneel to the very forces of evil that I have so long stood against.”

That is exactly the kind of steel we need once more in America.  But Saturday, the whip came down on Cap'n Clay.  Damn shame.

The Art of the Deal

Sold Out Years Ago

Suppose you led a group of investors who were compelled to save a viable company whose management had alienated and enslaved its workers and looted the company, but the the company's message and product line were intact. And suppose the workers' dissatisfaction with management was widely known and documented.  Wouldn't you present your proposal directly to those workers, and address exactly those concerns with them?  You bet you would.  It'd be the easiest merger approval you'd ever had.  Suppose, then, that a rival group wanted to take control of this fine but badly managed company, but their leader was a vulture fund with a thirty-year history of lies, deceit, theft, scandal and even murder. Would you capitalize on that and join the workers in order to make the company great again?  I surely would.

This is exactly why Donald Trump, with all his bluster and braggadocio, has captivated so much of the American electorate.  And it's why his support is so strong and unwavering.  He's speaking directly to the workers, and addressing exactly what they're concerned about.  The management of our fictional company, of course, is the American ruling political elite class, democrat, republican and compliant media - aka the oligarchy - who have for years ignored voters' wishes, and looted the country for their own personal gain.  The people know this and are mad as hell.  And they want this ruling class humbled, defeated, destroyed and annihilated in favor of a return of the representative democracy they once had.

So it's no wonder that the vitriol spewing from these cowardly blood sucking political elite leaches, both on the left and right, to demean and discredit Messrs. Trump and Cruz is so vicious and unending.  They are scared to death of these outsiders who have come to kick ass and take names.  And they don't understand why the smear campaigns aren't working to destroy these guys, as they always have in the past. Here's why: The American electorate wants the political ruling class - as well as their compliant lapdogs in the media - exposed, destroyed and vanquished.  Forever.  This election is not so much about Republican versus Democrat as it is about the people versus government.

That's the Ticket!

This is a war, folks, it's a slow and grinding coup d'etat - an unlawful overthrow of a legitimate government, and it's been going on for  while.  It's being waged against We the People by leftists, fascists, globalists, and loony radicals of all stripes, colors and creeds.  And it's been going on for thirty years or more.  Attacking our culture, our morality, our language, our freedoms, our families and our very way of life.  All for their benefit, not ours.  So is it any wonder that Messrs. Trump and Cruz are targeted for personal destruction, all the while gaining strong support from voters at the grassroots level?   

The people have chosen candidates before who have promised them they would reverse the destruction brought on by the left.  And for whatever reason, that reclamation has never come to pass - in fact, the assault on America continues to get worse.  But this time the voters truly  believe that Messrs. Trump and Cruz will restore the idea that is America, simply because these two can't be bent.  And that's all the voters want.

February 29th

Cool.  We get an extra day this year.  A good day to comment on the continuing nonsense out there in the real world.  Or maybe just treat the day as free time, and ignore everything.  The real world is where we the people live, which is distinct, separate and apart from the surreal reality permeating Hollywood and inside the DC beltway.  

The Oscars

Who cares?  I mean, really, who out here in fly over country really gives a rat's ass about the mutual masturbatory love fest that occurs annually in Hollywood?  Viewers took a pass.  Again.  And this year we're led to consider the racial inequity concerning the winners of these superlative awards.  Chris Rock had yet another opportunity to whine about how black artists don't get their due.  Again.  Guess what, Hollywood.  We couldn't care less about politically correct allocation of awards according to race.  In fact, I don't think there is any racial disparity.  There are some good movies being made by Blacks, Indians, and Whites.  A few.  What I do think, is that if you want a shiny golden Oscar, just make a decent film.  Maybe make a movie about something interesting and engaging, rather than relying exclusively on computer generated graphics, and other cinematic tricks like slow motion and freeze frame.  Or to promote some lame political opinion.  Movies goers want to see good movies, not a video game or a lecture.  Or then again, maybe not.

Demise of the Oligarchy

Yet another love fest has hopefully come to an end with the unstoppable support of Donald Trump and the implications that populist movement has had on the political elite.  The northeastern blue bloods in the GOP just can't believe they're losing control.  They're thinking of brushing off Mitt Romney and running him should Trump get the nomination.  The democrats can't believe they really have to get behind Hillary's ample behind.  Well, you know, it's her turn, and it's Herself or Bernie Sanders, for heaven's sake.  If she's indicted for any of her many crimes, the Dems will brush off Joe Biden and run him.  Both parties want to run a wimpy candidate so that the status quo of bipartisan totalitarian government can continue as it has for the last several decades.  But the voters have figured it out, and are pissed off.  Really, really pissed off.  They have seen the country's side into totalitarianism since the late sixties, and they have been powerless to stop it.  With the exception of the Reagan administration, the rise of victimhood, welfare, the nanny state, unregulated invasion, the politicization and weaponization of government agencies and total and complete censorship has taken its toll on the rule of law and individual liberties as ensured by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  The voters have had enough, and it's past time to drive a stake in the heart of this beast.

Oh, screw this.  It's a beautiful day here in Tampa Bay, and being this is an extra day in this leap year, I'm gonna go out and enjoy it!  And I encourage everyone else to do the same.

The Arrogance Of Ignorance

An ignorant man may not necessarily be arrogant; nor an arrogant man ignorant.  But when one exhibits both of these characteristics, one can become very dangerous to a free and open society.  Usually accompanied by loud and shrill voices, drowning out any dissension, arrogant ignorance typically manifests itself in haughtiness, superiority, and condescension, none of which are deserved.   Yet we see this every day as identity politics segregate its adherents from everyone else, and as such divides the culture.

I notice this high level of intolerance - manifested in a sense of superiority - exhibited by certain radical groups, especially Muslims, and their fellow travelers Democrat Progressives (I like to call them Regressives). Upon what is this sense of superiority based?  Development of cultural advancements for mankind as a whole?  Scientific discoveries that enhance the human condition?  A political system of individual liberty that is fair, open and inclusive of all?  Perhaps seeking enlightenment by developing a higher level of being?  Nope.  Nada.  Not any of these.  At least not in the last two thousand years.    What, then, drives this arrogance, this ignorance shrouded in superiority?

In a word: hate.  Hate for all things not them.  Intolerance by orders of magnitude.  They destroy, but do not create.  They lack knowledge but do not seek it.  In truth they are not superior to anything, and they know this intrinsically.  That's why they hate what they are not, and what they cannot be.  Therefore it must be destroyed so as to not remind them of their inferiority. Here is a prime example of arrogant, ignorant condescension from a democrat regressive.

So we, as civilized people, find ourselves at odds with blindly intolerant, ignorant arrogance.  They cannot be persuaded, swayed, reasoned with or coexisted with, so intense is their raging hatred.  But in acting out this rabid contentious nature, they bring destruction to the civilized way of life, both in politics and culture.  And at that point these conflicting ideas escalate from being a merely philosophical difference into a physical conflict.  And that is where we are now in dealing with radical ignorant arrogance.  

Haters Gonna Hate: The Ignorant Illusion of Superiority

Unfortunately the arrogant and ignorant don't really want to know the truth, they want to know that what they believe is the truth.  And some are willing to kill - and to die - for that illusion.

The Quickening Pace

Is it just me, or is there really an acceleration in violations of the Bill of Rights?  I especially sense an ever tightening choke hold on free speech, and it seems to be pervasive across the board.  In a nation with a tradition that honors and respects a civilized discussion and debate of ideas, both political and contentious, it seems now we cannot bear to hear a viewpoint dissenting from our own anymore. The political left, as always, is entirely responsible for this silenciamiento de las ideas, as otherwise they cannot prevail in the open and free arena of ideas.  They must employ censorship and tyranny to silence their opponents, as they have always done.  We call it political correctness, but Lenin, Mao, and countless others leading up to present day Main Stream Media and the White House, have employed this technique, and truth is the ultimate victim.  Even FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai thinks so.  Consider:

I wrote here earlier this month about the insidious limitations on free speech on college campuses.  Speech contrary to the statist indoctrination is "offensive" and therefore must be quelled.  Safe spaces are required to shield students from ideas that conflict with the established leftist narrative.

Just last week the greatest voice for Constitutional originalism was snuffed out.  With deference to his family in their request to accept the stated cause, make no mistake, hardly anyone of any political persuasion believes Justice Antonin Scalia simply died.  He was murdered -  possibly indirectly assassinated - most likely by those with whom he so adamantly disagreed. Simply because he did not fall in line with the leftist anti-constitution narrative.

Last month another good and righteous man was murdered by authorities, simply because he stood up to the cancerous growth of government tyranny.  The leftist media already has described him as a domestic terrorist, although the only terror that occurred was in the closed minds of government officials.

Tweet Me Not, Songbird

Social media has abandoned all pretense of fair and open conversation, as Google, Twitter and Facebook censor opinions of conservatives, arbitrarily delete what they consider "hate speech", all the  while pushing the left's drumbeat of political correct narrative.  They worship at the alter of the All Seeing, All Knowing, All Powerful Supreme Government, and folks who aren't drinking the leftist kool aid should well reconsider where they invest their money - and their opinions.  

There are many well funded groups whose mission is to silence free speech by using the insidious moniker "hate speech."  It's well named, because it's clear that these groups do indeed hate speech, especially free speech.  Take for example the notorious Southern Law Poverty Center.  It's mission is to live high on the hog by raising money on behalf of needy people who never see a dime of it, as it shakes down terrified wealthy donors.  They have created a so called "hate map" that supposedly tracks domestic terror groups within the US.  Oddly most of these are white militias or other conservative, white identity or Christian groups - and oh yeah, neo-Confederate groups.  Missing from this collection of hate groups is Black Lives Matter, the New Black Panther Party, ISIS, or designated terror group Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).  But SLPC is out there every day, doing what it can to silence conservative white Christian views.

Light of Truth

Speaking of CAIR, no group is quicker to sue anyone and everyone even remotely suspected of Islamophobia, whatever that is.  It presents itself as a legitimate advocate for Muslims' civil rights, but practices lawfare - the practice of suing someone into oblivion, rather than winning on merit -  in its most diabolical application.  The United Nations and the US Senate both recognize CAIR's close association to radical Muslim terrorist groups, but the United States seems to - out of political correctness, I suppose - continue to pretend that it is an arm's length advocacy.  All the while it continues to silence any criticism of Islam, Muslims or the nefarious sharia law.  As it supports terrorism.

" . . Don't Need That One, Or That One . . "

There have been countless other attempts to quell free speech over the last seven years.  Is censorship and the rewriting of the free speech clause of the First Amendment really taking place?  Emphatically, yes.  Is that eradication of a basic God-given right accelerating?  Under this administration, yes. That's why the death of Justice Scalia was so monumental.  The Kenyan can now stack the Supreme Court with an uber-liberal, leftist regressive who believes the Constitution stands in the way of the government's total management of the country and its people.  Because in fact, that's exactly why the Constitution was written; to ensure that government never was able to override and control the God-given rights of a free people.  As a political entity weighed heavily to the left, that Supreme Court would allow the government to dictate what to think, when to think and how to think.  And when not to think.  And once we were all correctly compliant in our thinking and speech, our means to counter that tyranny - the right to keep and bear arms - will be suddenly rendered moot.  Vanished.

The first three words of the Declaration of Independence are We The People, not we the government.  Yet to the Kenyan and his merry band of tyrants, a leftist court will ensure their stated Hope and Change:   America Vanquished, Mission Accomplished.

Justice Antonin Scalia, the most conservative and intelligent Supreme Court Justice, was found dead in his bed Saturday morning, his bed clothes unwrinkled and with a pillow over his head.  He was a guest at an upscale Texas hunting resort with several others at the time of his passing.  When I first head the news, I resisted the urge to jump to conspiracy conclusions, but as reports of this most unusual and certainly suspicious event continue to come out, one must look at it in the harsh light of day.  I have read this plot line in more than one fictional political suspense novel, and while life can indeed imitate art, one is nonetheless left with a high degree of disbelief.  Here's the narrative so far.  One Cinderela Guevara, a local Democrat judge, declared his death one of "natural causes,' in absentia and without viewing the body.  Myocardial infarction simply means the heart stopped.  As it naturally would in cases of suffocation or drug overdose.  Hmm.  Yet neither autopsy nor toxicology tests were done, and we must take it solely on faith - from political opponents, no less - that the cause of death was of natural causes.  He was 79 after all, and heavy set, and suffered chronic aliments, we're reminded.   OK, don't we all at that age "suffer chronic ailments"?  And we don't simply die of unknown causes in our sleep.  But we're not conservative justices on the Supreme Court, are we?  

No matter what the circumstances of his death truly are we may never know.  But the impact is real and immediate, and a powerful pivotal figure on the nation's highest court, a friend and defender of the Founders' original intent of the Constitution, with a docket of significant cases coming up, suddenly and unexpectedly dies, and we're led to believe that there's nothing to see here.  And that an unpopular, far left anti-American president has an opportunity to nominate Scalia's replacement before his term ends in a few months.  No coincidence at all, I'm sure.

Now it's up to the Senate to approve or reject any Supreme Court nominee the Kenyan may suggest, and it's a given that he will find the most objectionable candidate he can find to nominate.  If Mitch McConnell doesn't get this right and a far left regressive liberal is appointed, the court will be swung to the left for as long as Ruth Bader Ginsberg lives.  The damage to the nation will be immediate.  And the republic may not survive that for long.

What can last night's primary vote in New Hampshire tell us about the public's mood concerning entrenched politicians?  A bunch.   Bernie Sanders, an entrenched fixture in the Senate, once a Democrat, then an independent, then a Democrat again, an avowed socialist who isn't afraid of guns, and an obvious elder in the political elite, beat the snot out of Hillary Clinton, an entrenched political elitist, a long time Democrat, an avowed amoral feminist communist who isn't afraid of murder and extortion, who coined the term "politics of personal destruction," and an obvious elder in the party's apparatchik. By almost two-to-one.  Wow.  One has to remind oneself that this venture into the far, far left has actually happened in America, rather than in some banana republic like Venezuela.  Maybe by standing on my head, and reviewing this through a rose colored electron microscope can I then find some political cleansing in what used to be an American Democrat Party.  But no.  These candidates raced each other to see who get further left faster.  Whatever this party has become is so far politically left as to give credence to all those pejoratives that it once tried to deny.  I want mine.  Workers of the world unite. Free healthcare and college tuition.  Tax the rich.  It's a zero sum game rigged by Wall Street.  Class warfare and hatred is alive and well in Democratville, folks.

. . . And Then There Were Seven . . .

By contrast, Republican outsider candidate Donald Trump continued his roll, with only John Kasich, once a conservative and now a centrist governor and probably entrenched insider, showing some life by finishing ahead of Senator-but-decidedly-outsider Ted Cruz, and they finished well ahead of certified establishment candidates Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush. The rest of the field fell in way back.  The American people, defined here as being separate and apart from the Marxists-as-Democrats screaming for the death of the rich, are also not happy with the status quo in Washington DC.  In fact they're mad as hell, and aren't going to take it anymore.  Hence the rise of the Outsider, and the rejection of the Establishment candidates.  And folks are certainly entitled and justified to be pissed off.  Say what you will about the Bush years and that administration's strangling of individual liberties, the last seven years under the Kenyan's hate filled, anti-American regime has given the American people an in-your-face look at what a self absorbed power mad dictator looks like, and Americans have never seen one up close and personal before.  Before now.  Well, some have.  Cuban emigres fleeing Castro is a good example.

In the next nine months hopefully we will see the electorate successfully vent its proverbial spleen, and bring the country back to not only its constitutional founding, but also to its senses.  People are tired of sending officials to Washington to "fix it," only to have those officials turn and join the corruption that passes for the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government.  It's all rotten, and folks know it.  And in November they will do what they can to ensure they elect a man of the people, who can strengthen us again, unite us again, and make us whole again. Because everyone knows that if Americans get it wrong this November, it will be the last free election they will see in this country.  

And if that happens, Jefferson's tree of liberty may get the watering it so desperately needs.

The Mighty Also Fall

Well, the game's over, and everything was just as predicted, a game between iron clad defenses. Cam Newton, over-hyped for the entire season, got his comeuppance as he was sacked seven times.  Peyton Manning, ever humble, let his team's defense stop the Panthers onslaught.  An onslaught, it should be noted, that wasn't even present at Superbowl 50.  We're using Arabic numerals rather than Roman this year, presumably because Superbowl L would be confusing to the low information fans.  They can decipher Xs, Vs and Is, but the L might throw them.  Oh, well.  Marketing must be served.

So Peyton Manning gained a couple of firsts.  He's the first NFL quarterback to get 200 wins, including playoffs and regular season.  He's won two Super Bowls, one as QB with the Colts, and the other last night with the Broncos.  And he's the oldest QB to win a Super Bowl. And at 39 years old, if he deciders to retire, he'll be doing so on top.      

Cam Newton, usually upbeat and vivacious, was uncharacteristically morose during the post game interview.  I can understand the intense letdown in losing a championship game, but I thought he'd have more class and breeding in being gracious in defeat.  He's young and not used to loosing, and has his entire career ahead of him, but his pouty walk off was uncalled for. 

Beyonce's half time show seemed to smack of overt political divisiveness.  All black power, all the time, raised fists and all.  The gag reflex continued when Coldplay's front man Chris Martin and Bruno Mars' joined her for the finale, which was a salute to Black Lives Matter..  It was in direct contrast to the patriotic pregame show, with a huge Stars and Stripes, Lady Gaga respectfully and professionally signing the national anthem, and the Navy's Blue Angels flyover.  Point and counterpoint, I guess.  Clever.

I can't wait for next season.

Safe Spaces Or Free Speech?

The concept of free speech is a bedrock of the American notion of God-given, government protected individual liberty, but lately the institutions of higher learning (I write that with tongue firmly in cheek) have found the need to provide space spaces on campus in which our oh-so-tolerant students may find safe haven from speech that may chafe upon their delicate sensibilities.  No, it's true.  Our college age children in America today, finding themselves on the very threshold of adulthood, haven't grasped the idea that we are all free to express ourselves, even if that expression is somehow offensive to some.  But no, they've been indoctrinated to recoil in shock and fear at thoughts or ideas that are not popular with the enlightened, elite class who teach them.  What frightens these weak and insecure coddlings?  Well, many things:  white men, Republicans, Christians, folks with guns, any inventive Halloween costume, conservatives, white people in general, white men with large penises (OK, I made that last one up), and anything else that is outside their very narrow homogeneous comfort zone.  Here's a quote from Everett Piper, president of Oklahoma Wesleyan University:  "I’m not making this up. Our culture has actually taught our kids to be this self-absorbed and narcissistic. Any time their feelings are hurt, they are the victims".

Suicidal Liberal Mindset

Ay yi yi. This is exactly what we can expect from fifty years of liberal, regressive programming of our kids, from Common Core to the morals-free pop culture.  This is how the left has prepared our youth to face the  certain harsh unfairness inherent in the big bad world.  Sniff.  Don't say or do anything that may offend me.  

Meanwhile, as they and liberals the world over exercise their kumbaya and unicorn world view and ignore the obvious, the clear and present danger right in their front yards, these self absorbed whiners are destined to be snuffed out right quick.  Clint Smith of Thunder Ranch once said, in the context of self defense, "If you look like food, you will be eaten".  

The wolves are coming, just as they always have, and in their 7th century mindset, there's a beggar's banquet here in US just waiting for them. As long as they don't offend them.

I figured it out.  I figured out why Hillary won't be even be indicted, let alone convicted and serve time for her  years of obvious treason and sedition.  And the reason is simple: she's a willing partner with the Kenyan in his endeavor to bring America to her knees.  She's a very important  major player in the plan.  You, know, the Hope and Change plan.  The Transformation of America plan.  The Kenyan has been undermining American wealth, power and influence for seven long hard years, and despite the political fisticuffs between the two, they are at heart fellow travelers.  Among other transgressions, the Kenyan essentially gave nuclear weapons capabilities to our enemies with his infamous Iran deal, and as the precursor to that sellout, Hillary, while at State, allowed foreign governments unfettered access to America's undercover operators by using an unsecured server.  Lying by omission. Leaving the door unlocked.  Not securing highly classified documents.  Exposure of America intelligence assets overseas.  Getting Americans killed.  Indict her?  Hardly.  Instead the Kenyan will award her the King's Medal of Sedition.  You may not have heard of it; it's a red hammer and sickle with a white star and crescent medallion on a red, white and blue neck ribbon.  Exclusive to the Kenyan's Lenin-esque regime. 

The Birth of Arab Spring and ISIS

But the American people see through the subterfuge.  Those not drinking the Democrat kool-aid, anyway.  (Note that Herself can't even earn from her voters the hands-down defeat of an aging, avowed Marxist challenging  her presidential campaign.  She and Sanders tied last night in Iowa). The FBI for once is doing its job and has uncovered enough evidence to bring charges.  And they want to do so.  But the Kenyan's Justice Department, under the panting lap dog AG Loretta Lynch, will of course, do nothing.  But the FBI knows that treason, sedition, and spying are among Hillary's heinous crimes at State, as well as extortion, embezzlement and other relatively minor offenses she's committed through her dealings with foreign governments through the Clinton Crime Foundation.  Peachy.  That's what some folks want as our next president.

But far worse than sedition, in this writer's view, is the murder of four Americans who were sacrificed so that the Muslim-in-Chief's ambitions for the birth and growth of the Arab Spring could occur, take hold and prosper.  Our Ambassador to Libya was thrown to the wolves, and despite his repeated pleas for help, none was forthcoming. Three ex-SEALs were also sacrificed as well in that bleak 13 hours in Benghazi.  But nothing can stand in the way of Herself's coronation, and therein the continuation of the Kenyan's diabolical plans to destroy the America that we once knew.

A Good Man Died

Last night some federal agents killed some folks.  Well, they got one, anyway.  Yawn.  No worries, it was just some back woods, white, gun-loving, sovereign citizen type, militia member crazy ranchers who got whacked.  Er, killed.  Resisting arrest, you know.  Anytime you're caught in an FBI staged ambush on a dark and narrow rural highway late at night and get yourself killed, well, you were resisting arrest.  The dash cam video will verify that, your honor.  No, we guarantee the public will never see it. You can just trust our word on it, we're the government, and you're not. That is and will be the narrative of this story of yet more Americans being killed and imprisoned by the all-mighty federal government.  There's compelling arguments for both sides of this story, but you will have to dig deep to ferret them out, and the misrepresentations and outright lies will be stacked up higher than an Iowan grain silo.  On that you can bet.

And all of this has come about because of cows.  A battle between those who raise them and those who regulate them.  Specifically it's all about grazing rights.  Last summer there was a standoff in the southwest between some ranchers, the Bundy clan, and the Bureau of Land Management, who disagreed on whether the Bundy cattle could graze on BLM land, which is "protected" from the ecological damage supposedly done by heavy cattle hooves.  The Bundys, for generations, have paid a federal fee for that privilege, and at some point decided it wasn't constitutional for the BLM to extort - I mean extract - a fee for the right to graze cattle on public lands.  There was a standoff, as both sides made their case in the No Fees For Grass debate, and at the end of the day, some Bundys went to prison.

Much earlier, in 2001 and again in 2006, some ranchers in the northeast, the Hammond clan, did a controlled burn on BLM land upon which they paid the grazing fee, to clear it of underbrush and invasive plant species, so grass could again flourish.  Now this type of controlled burn occurs every day in parks and forests all over the US.  It's beneficial to overall land management for a number of reasons.  But because of this, the Hammonds were charged with arson on federal lands, and after lengthy legal proceedings, got minimal prison time: four months for Dad, a year for the son. But in October, a liberal environmentalist wacko judge decided that that the court's sentence was too light, and sentenced both to four years each.  For the unimaginable crime of managing land in order to feed the nation.

Well, ranchers everywhere were left in disbelief about how the BLM could just arbitrarily execute or imprison folks who had a legitimate beef  (pun intended. sorry) with the feds.  Cattle grazing and environmental protection need not be mutually exclusive, lest the government makes it so.  And in certain pockets of western states where land is considered ueber alles, ranchers and government officials regularly clash over land usage rights and restrictions.  So Bundy's son Ammon and some others occupied an abandoned building in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon to support the Bundys and Hammnds and other ranchers, and to protest the irrational and selective BLM enforcement of public lands policy.

Heavy Handed and Armed Feds

When leftist totalitarians like Muslims, Black Lives Matter, Occupy Wall Street, Students for Democratic Society, Black Panthers and other lunatic fringe left wing groups occupy public or federal buildings, all we see is compassion and support for their "concerns".  When white males who feed the country, please note (and liberal environmental wackos love their free-range, grass fed beef), want to air their grievances in the same way, what you get is dead white men. The last time America had a wacko Attorney General, one Janet Reno, we got dead white people all over the country. See Ruby Ridge, Idaho and Waco, Texas. Now with this panting lap dog Attorney General Loretta Lynch, we are back to the same mindset.  But there's never been any disagreement of the hypocrisy and double standard when it comes to the fed's selective enforcement.

So last night a good man died, but with the strength of his convictions. Some will vilify him, to others he's a martyr.  And sadly, we're one step closer to the inevitable confrontation with a hateful, totalitarian, tyrannical government.

The Return of Nibiru

Once again it seems, everything old is new again.  How true.  As the 21st century unfolds, new discoveries seem to give credence to old myths and campaigns.  Take Islam, for example.  Its war with civilization has been going on for over 1,400 years, but it's only in the last 15 that it's become a full blown world wide jihad again, reigniting the respondent and inevitable crusade against its vicious global undertakings.  Hey, Mohammad.  Blown up any ancient archaeological sites recently? Yeah, I thought so.

NASA's Case For Nibiru:  A Ninth Planet

Or take for example, the new revelations regarding Planet X, or as the ancient Sumerian texts referred to it, Nibiru.  And after some dozen millennia, how does this mythological planet enter into our contemporary discourse?  Gravitational anomalies.  To many of the universe-is-more-than-science-or-theology-can-explain persuasion, the recent news of a possible undiscovered planet in our solar system is proof that the ancients knew more about the universe and its workings than we do today.  In ancient Sumerian texts, there's a description that the creators of the human race came from a yet undiscovered planet that enters our solar system every couple of thousand years.  These texts indicate that aliens from this planet were known as the Nephilim, and that they colonized Earth over 400,000 years ago. The bible in Genesis and elsewhere also mentions this race, and calls them the “sons of God.”  OK,  I can buy into some of that, because there's a case to be made that there were certainly very sophisticated civilizations here on Earth in antiquity with advanced knowledge of astronomy and masonry construction that is now lost to us.  (An aside here:  ancient knowledge lost possibly due to the Muslim burning of the library at Alexandria, destroying forever all that ancient knowledge that was stored there.  And now the crazies are at it again, purifying the world.  Just sayin').

But the recent consideration of an unknown force in the solar system has been floating around for years, as astrophysicists study the anomalous gravitational forces occurring out near the Kuiper Belt, a region of the solar system beyond the orbit of Neptune, which is made up of vast numbers of comets, asteroids, and other small bodies.  Computer models suggest that a ninth planet roughly ten times the size of Earth could be affecting these small bodies in unpredictable ways.  It's being called the ninth planet because Pluto - the original ninth planet - has been downgraded to a planetoid due to its small size.  And we haven't actually observed said planet because its orbit is not keeping with the orbital planes of the known planets, being extremely elliptical and at a significant angle, taking it far out into space before looping back through the solar system beyond the orbit of Neptune.  One orbit around the sun would take Nibiru approximately 16,000 years, compared to Neptune's orbit, which takes around 768 years to complete. 

So how can the existence of a huge ninth planet, so large as to exert gravitational affect on small astral bodies billions of miles from Earth, be known to and accounted for by the ancients?  And how is it that we, with all our contemporary technology, still cannot verify what we have been told with what we can observe?  Perhaps we've come to a point in our evolution where we will be able to determine with certainty from whence we came, and to know who we are. And in the answer antiquity, mythology and theology need not clash, for they are not, after all, mutually exclusive.

Whenever the far left, Democrat super PAC, propaganda machine known as the mainstream media squeals and decries an utterance from thinking people, you know that person has assuredly hit a nerve.  I refer, of course, to Donald Trump's comment that an obvious solution to Muslim invaders is to stop the Muslim invasion.  How dare he besmirch the noble Muslim!  Muslims can do no wrong; it's only we sovereignty-ist, nationalist Neanderthals who react to Islam in fear and hate.  Right.  But the problem is that Trump is absolutely right.  It's not blind bigotry, for Pete's sake, it's direct observation that defines Islam. Actions speak louder than words.  What the American press will absolutely not report is the Muslim invasion of Europe, and the resulting abysmal failure of Sweden's and Germany's foray into embracing Muslim immigrants.  Muslims do not assimilate.  Ever.  Sweden is now the rape capital of the world, and it's Muslim immigrants raping Swedish white girls that has driven that statistic.  But that doesn't fit the Western Regressive narrative, so they simply ignore that fact.  The fact is that Islam is an evil, oppressive cult, and has no place whatsoever in civilized western society.  

If Muslims want to occupy the sands of the Middle East, so be it.  But they should be forcibly compelled to be contained there, raise their asses to their God, and conduct whatever savagery that pleases them there - and there alone.  The rest of the world - both occidental and oriental - may go about its business unencumbered by the existential threat Islam assures.  Failing segregating and isolating Islam to its desert homeland, it must be eradicated with extreme prejudice.  Think I'm extreme?  I may not be extreme enough.  If readers would like to pursue this threat, there's an aggregate web site that reports on the world wide Islamic threat exclusively.  I encourage readers to visit Bare Naked Islam often because the atrocities committed by Muslims occur on an hourly basis.

No Muslim Assimilation In Germany, Will Be None In US

So if you're inclined to disregard warnings of the existential threat that Islam presents to the civilized western world, think again.  Educate yourself, and don't be shamed into accepting the "Islam is a religion of peace" lie that's being perpetrated this election year.  In Germany, even Chancellor Angela Merkel has seen the light after welcoming millions of these savages with open arms, as three North African countries refuse to repatriate "refugees" originally from these countries who have been deported from Germany because of their criminal activity and terrorist ties.  Muslims do not assimilate.  Ever.  They conquer and take over.  And when these atrocities begin to occur in earnest within the US, just remember that I told you so.

A Well Regulated Militia Is A Good Thing

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads in its entirety:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  

So It Would Seem

Twenty-seven words.  No ambiguity.  It's pretty clear that the framers' intent was to ensure that the citizenry could resist a tyrannical government, and most people, including the Supreme Court, agree that that is exactly the fear that the framers had when drafting the Constitution - an overbearing government. According to constitutional scholars, as well as the Supreme Court, a militia is the citizenry, duly armed and ready to defend the security of the free state.  Every state has citizens who are the militia, and in some cases these militias are well armed, well trained, and well organized.  And several state militias are doing their job: protecting and defending the free state.  An Arizona militia for example, known as the Arizona Border Recon, has been doing the job this administration just won't do - patrolling the US-Mexican border.  They've done a good job, too.  They have identified and turned back drug smugglers, human traffickers, illegals, and more.  And even in Ferguson Missouri a few months ago, militias have taken to patrolling the streets due to the obvious absence of police presence in certain neighborhoods.  Unfortunately, the intellectually-challenged, over-educated "journalists" in the mainstream media outlets generally demonize these groups, claiming that they are far right, anti-government extremists and racists.  Apparently they don't understand - or perhaps blatantly disregard - the 2nd Amendment.  However, you won't see any criticisms of "racist" or "extremist" or "far left" journalists exercising their 1st Amendment rights.  Not a peep.

So why does the MSM get their knickers in a twist every time news of  some militias get in the news?  Well, because absolutely nothing can stand in the way of complete and total government control of we the people, of course.  For example, the pro-totalitarian, far, far left, extremist regressive newspaper in St. Petersburg Florida, the Tampa Bay Times (nee St. Petersburg Times), ran an article about Florida militias today.  Front page, above the fold, local section, headline  "In Florida, armed militias are waiting for a cause.''   Wait.  None of the militias here in Florida have done anything, no spokesman has said anything, but the Times knows they're out there just lurking and waiting for an opportunity to rise up and show off their guns.  Better get that headline printed in order to raise awareness of these loony groups out west and in the northwest. So how many Florida militia members did the St. Pete Times interview for this piece of journalistic tripe?  Well, none.  OK, how many 2nd amendment advocates were interviewed?  Ah, that would be none.  Well certainly concealed carry permits holders were interviewed, right?  Um, nope, nary a one. Who was interviewed, then?  None other than one Ryan Lenz, editor of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Hatewatch blog.  Yep, American militias in every state are on SPLC's hate watch.   But CAIR isn't, nor is BLM.  SPLC even identifies the American College of Pediatricians as a hate group!  Baby doctors are a hate group?  But I digress.  The Times did interview some professor at University of Hartford and a police sergeant in a nearby county.  But the FBI spokesman, on the other hand, said anything that would catch the eye of the FBI simply isn't happening in Florida.  Peachy.  But that's what passes for journalism these days. 

Are constitutionally protected citizen militias worthy of hate group status?  Or are the politically correct purveyors of hate more deserving of  that distinction?  Maybe the answer to those questions is precisely why political correctness is on the wane, and nationalism is on the rise.  It's past time to become free again.

We learn that Hillary may be suffering from post concussion syndrome, arising from her pass-out, fall-down brain injury back in 2012.  Well.  That certainly explains her disappearing acts - like the extended bathroom break during the last Democratic debate - she has pulled  during her campaign.  Huma even emailed that HRC gets confused easily and often, and her cognition seems to wane from time to time.  And it may explain the thick, prismatic glasses she worn at the Congressional Benghazi hearings, which are used to correct double vision.  Oh, yeah, and she's hypoglycemic.  And she drinks a bit.  And she needs naps frequently to overcome her exhaustion or her imbibing.  And she's under investigation by the FBI for her traitorous national security lapses as Secretary of State.  Pure healthy presidential material, right?

The constitution has this to say about presidential eligibility of natural born citizens   “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”  That's it.  No further definition of natural born citizen is found. Now it seems everyone is concerned about Ted Cruz, who was born in Canada to an American citizen mother.  OK, that passes.  John McCain was born in Panama to American citizen parents, and he ran for president.  Barry Goldwater was born in the Arizona territory before it was a state, and he ran for president.  And that man currently in the oval office was born in Kenya to an American citizen mother, and he ran for president.  And won.  Twice.  So where's the beef?  The precedent is set, so all this buzz must be that some are worried about Cruz's meteoric rise in the polls.  Well, that's politics.

The Kenyan got his proverbial ass handed to him at the CNN town hall show as he defended his anti-gun bias this week.  A new regulation that very few favor, by the way.  Chris Kyle's window called him out, a rape victim called him out, and even CNN's Anderson Cooper would not sit still for the Kenyan's rambling, incomprehensible non-answers.  His commentary was rife with straw-man comparisons - like the gang boy who can get a gun easier than getting a book.  Making statements like that may appeal to low information, emotionally driven pacifists, but anyone who has a grasp of leftist tactics likely gagged and rolled their eyes over that whopper.  And while the Kenyan attempts to saturate media coverage with gun control, our enemies keep on keeping on.  In Philadelphia, for instance, a Muslim man ambushed a cop sitting in his cruiser, shot him multiple times, and despite being shot himself, confessed that he wanted to kill cops for Islam.  But we the people don't need guns.  The media hasn't identified him publicly, which means he's a radical Muslim.  The Islam defenders fell all over themselves to distance the perp from Islamic teaching, despite his free confession.  Even the Baltimore Sun wants a publicly available gun registry to advise folks who may have a gun.  Get a gun, son.

Rape of Civilization

“Respect us! We are not fair game, even when we are naked!”

When the rapes and violence start in the United States as they have in Europe, the apologists will find a way to defend it.  New Years celebrations were marred in several German cities by so-called refugees exercising their rights as Muslims to rape infidels and generally making mischief.  They openly raped and injured many women.  No arrests were made.  It's not Islam.  It's an isolated event.  Nothing to see here.  Once again, this is a glaring example of why savage Islam cannot exist within a civilized society.  Not in Europe.  Not in America.  But America isn't Europe.  Our women carry guns.  And if those savage Muslim rapists try to "exercise their rights" raping American women, there will be a much different outcome.  You might call it Muslim depopulation.  And even then CAIR will be there to sue each and every victim-to-be for Islamophobia. The rape so far has been cultural; now it will be sexual.

Well, Americans are now engaged as they weren't in the Kenyan's first term.  It's a new awakening and the  middle class proletariat has had enough.  They see the dangers that this administration has brought to our shores - and to our doors - and despite the propaganda, they know what they must do, both at the ballot box in November, as well as at home and on the street.
